子供の頃、四季があるのは
当たり前だと思っていました。

数年間の短い期間でしたが、都市部で暮らした時
都会は田舎より、とても便利でちょっと出かければ
ワクワクする楽しいものがあふれる世界でした。

しかし、山で暮らしていた時のような
四季の変化を感じられなかったのが
ひどく寂しかったのです。
田舎にいた時は、あんなにうんざりしていた雨が、
都会で時々降ると
なんだかホッとしたのを覚えています。

As a child, I took it for granted that there were four seasons.

When I lived in an urban area for a few short years, the city was much more convenient than the countryside.
It was a world full of exciting and fun things to do if you explored for a bit.

However, I missed the change of the four seasons which I always appreciated in the mountain living. I remember being somewhat relieved when it rained in the city because it reminded me of my life in the countryside.

山に帰ってきて、高尾に帰ってきて、家に帰る道中
だんだんと自然が、四季の景色が迫ってくると
なんだかホッとするのです。

県外に遊びに行って帰ってくる時も、
市街地に買い物に行って帰ってくる時も、
仕事から帰ってくる時も、いつでも。

暮らす場所はそれぞれで、それぞれ素晴らしいものが
みつけられる場所になるはずです。
街には街の、山には山の、暮らしやすいところ、
暮らしづらいところがあって当たり前で。
でもそこにずっといると、それに
気づきにくいのかもしれません。

Since I came back to my village in the mountains, Takao, I feel a sense of relief when nature and the scenery of the four seasons gradually returns to me.

I feel this relief whenever I come back home from a visit outside of the prefecture, or when I return home from shopping in the city center, or when I come back from work.

There is something wonderful in each place that you live in. Every city and mountain has its own charm. Some places are easy to live in, and some places are hard to live in. But if you stay there for a long time, it may be difficult to realize these quirks.

たまにはいつもと違う場所で「暮らして」みたく
なりませんか。
そうしたら、きっと、帰る場所がまた違って
見えるかもしれません。

コサクレムは一日一組限定の貸切の家です。
特別な事はなにもありません。
食事提供も、田舎体験も、観光ツアーもありません。
ただ、ゆっくりと、ふくよかな時間を
過ごしてほしいのです。

Cosakrem is a private rental house for only one party at a time. It is a humble place. We do not offer meals, organized countryside experiences, or sightseeing tours.

We want you to enjoy a relaxing and rejuvinating time.

We just want you to spend the night and morning in Takao. And of course, daytime too.

Please take your time and enjoy this way of life.
