It said “from 2 people”, but can I stay alone?

Yes, although you will have to pay the room rate for two people.

Is it possible to accommodate only minors?

No minors are allowed to stay at the hotel. Please be accompanied by a parent or an adult.

Is it possible to accommodate more than the maximum number of guests (7) by paying an additional fee?

The legal rules for private accommodations limit the number of people that can stay on a site area.
The maximum number of guests at Cosakrem is 7, so it is not possible to accommodate more than 7 people.

Is there any discount on the accommodation fee if I bring my own sleeping bag, etc.?

You are free to bring your own sleeping bag, but you will be charged the regular room rate.

How many beds do you have?

Two beds in each of the two bedrooms on the second floor. There are 4 beds in total. There is also a spare bed in the storage room on the first floor.

There are two beds in each of the two bedrooms on the second floor. For accommodations of 4 or more people, we will spread 1 or 2 mattresses on the floor in each bedroom, although it will be smaller (the room rate is the same for both beds and floor mattresses)

Is it possible to visit the Cosakrem on a specific day?

Booking a stay is our priority, so we do not accept reservations for tours.
If there are no reservations for overnight stays at the time of use of the shared space, we may be able to accommodate tours. Please contact us.

Can I invite non-guests?

In principle, we do not allow visitors or guests other than our guests. Please check with us in advance to see if we can accommodate your request.

Is a long-term stay possible?

At the moment, we allow a maximum stay of 5 nights. We do not include cleaning, linen change, or laundry during your stay to ensure your privacy, but please let us know if you need it.

Can I use a hot plate or tabletop stove?

Of course you can if you bring your own. When using hot plates, please be careful not to use them at the same time as two air conditioners, as this may cause the breakers to trip.

I am allergic to cats. Is it safe for me to stay here?

There are no animals in the accommodation, but dogs and cats live in the owner’s house.
Although we try to be careful, hair and other debris on clothing may fall out or adhere to the floor when cleaning.
Please be careful if you are sensitive to this.

Can I stay during the winter months (when there is snow)?

Cosakrem is open all year round. We plan to stay open during the winter months, depending on the amount of snowfall.

What amenities are provided? Are slippers and nightgowns available?

Please bring your own slippers and nightgowns. Please see our website for detailed information on amenities and available facilities. We will also attach and inform you of the details by e-mail when you make a reservation for your stay.

Can I bring my own seasonings and cooking utensils from home?

Please feel free to bring your own. Please remember to bring them with you when you leave.

I will be staying for consecutive nights.

We have washing machines and clothes dryers available for your use.

I want to bring my little one. How much does it cost? Are there any dangerous areas?

If your child is under elementary school age and does not need a futon, such as sleeping with you, there is no charge.
Due to the structure of the house (e.g., a stairwell, several places where you can look down from above, etc.) and renovations, there may be unexpected hazardous areas. We ask that adults please be considerate.

Can I go out during my stay?

Of course you can. We will give you a key when you check in, so please lock the door and go out.

If I need to contact you during my stay, how long can I stay?

I think we can be available until about 10pm at night if possible, and from about 6am in the morning.
In case of emergency, of course, we can be reached regardless of the time.

Are you registered with other lodging sites (Airbnb, etc.)? Where can I find reviews and other information?

We are not registered or listed on any lodging sites. We only use our own website and SNS. We are registered on Google Maps, so it would be very helpful if you could post a word-of-mouth review when you stay at our hotel. Of course, it would also be helpful for guests who are considering staying with us, so please do!

Can I use delivery or UberEats?

Both of these services are not available as we are outside the delivery area. There are no grocery stores or restaurants nearby.

Can I play an instrument?

Yes, as long as it is inside the building and not early in the morning or late at night.

Is it possible to pick up and drop off guests from train stations, etc.?

At this time, we do not have any plans to offer pick-up service, but if there are many requests for it, we will consider it as an option.

I am new to using a wood stove and am worried. What else do you have for heating?

We will show you how to light the stove when you check in. It shouldn’t be too difficult, but if you don’t know how or you just can’t get it lit, please let us know (the owner’s house is about a minute or two walk away, so we’ll be there soon).

The second floor has an air conditioner in each bedroom. There is an air conditioner in each bedroom on the second floor, and a fan heater on the first floor in case it is too cold to use the wood stove alone (or as a backup).

What about TV, DVD deck and audio equipment?

No TV or other audio equipment is provided.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Free Wi-Fi is available. Please enter the password displayed in the building.

Is it possible to use the hotel for purposes other than lodging (hourly rentals, as a venue for events, workshops, etc.)?

At this time, we would like to give priority to guests staying overnight, so we are not considering day-trip or day-use use, but we will consider it as we receive more requests and as the situation develops.
