※必ずご一読ください※

一棟貸し「コサクレム」にて宿泊されるお客様が、安全かつ快適にご利用いただくため、いくつかの決まりごと、注意事項、お願い事を決めさせて頂きました。ご理解とご協力宜しくお願いいたします。

【館内について】

• ・築30年の一般家屋をほぼセルフリノベーションにて改装、手直ししております。戸や網戸のガタつき、家屋の直しきれない傷や傷みが多々見られます。プロの手による作業ではない仕上がり具合です。細かい点が気になる方はご遠慮ください。

• ・建物の構造や装飾など、小さなお子様には危険となる場所や物もございます。ご配慮いただけると幸いです。

• ・「コサクレム」は一般の集落内にある宿です。滞在中は屋内、屋外、敷地外問わず近隣住民の迷惑となる行為はご遠慮下さい。

• ・館内は土足厳禁です。またスリッパはございませんので、ご入用の方は各自でご持参ください。

• ・宿泊者以外の出入りはご遠慮ください。

• ・館内全面禁煙です（加熱式・電子式含む）喫煙される場合は、屋外指定の喫煙場所をご利用ください。吸い殻のポイ捨て、室内での喫煙の形跡がみられた場合、以後屋内外共に全面禁煙とさせていただきます。場合によっては今後のご利用をお断りさせていただきます。

• ・連泊される際、シーツなどの交換、清掃は行いません。交換が必要な際はお申し付けください。

• ・ゴミの分別にご協力ください。危険物、分別不明なものに関してはお客様の方で処分（お持ち帰り）下さい。

• ・ご家庭からの洗濯物の持ち込みは多量少量関わらずご遠慮ください。

• ・キッチンガスコンロ、冬季の薪ストーブ利用時、夏季の蚊取り線香使用時など、火を取り扱う際は、くれぐれも火の元にお気を付けください。

• ・持ち込みのお荷物、金品、貴重品の管理は各自で行ってください。紛失、破損の責任は負いかねます。

• ・お持ち込み頂いたものはお帰りの際に、必ずお持ち帰りください。忘れ物等につきましては、ご連絡させていただきますが、長期間のお取り置きは管理しかねますので、近いうちにお引き取りに来ていただくか、着払いでの発送とさせていただきます（発送できる範囲のものに限る）

• ・以下に当たるものを持ち込むことはお止め下さい。

  • ・著しく悪臭を発するもの

  • ・火薬や揮発油など、発火あるいは引火しやすいもの

  • ・大麻、麻薬、覚せい剤等

  • ・その他危険性のある製品、法令で禁止されている物

【ネット環境について】

• ・無線LANについては、サービス提供の一部として実施しており、インターネット環境を100％保証するものではありません。お客様の機器設定や回線の混雑状況により通信速度が低下する場合がありますので、予めご了承ください。

• ・接続する通信端末機器のセキュリティに関しては、お客様の責任において保護・管理していただきますようお願いいたします。

【屋外について】

• ・自然豊かな環境です。日中夜間、問わずカエルや鳥やケモノの鳴き声がしたりします。静かな夜には慣れないと気になるかもしれませんが、自然界のBGMとしてお楽しみください。

• ・窓の開け閉めに関わらず思わぬ虫の侵入があります（蚊、ハエ、蜂、蜘蛛、蛾、蟻、ムカデ、カメムシ等）野外では特に蜂など刺される危険がありますのでお気を付けください。殺虫剤、蚊取り線香用意してあります。ご使用の際は火の元にご注意の上ご使用ください。

• ・消毒薬、塗り薬、内服薬など常備はありません。怪我や虫刺され等に備え各自で持参をお願いいたします。

• ・オプションにてBBQをご利用の際は、火の元に十分お気を付けください。

• ・周辺に田んぼや畑、森林がある為、早朝に草刈りや木の伐採作業などの機械音がする場合があります。地域内で集団で作業する日にち等は分かる限りはお知らせいたしますが、個人で行う作業に関してはその点ご理解ください。

• ・民家から離れた山道は熊やイノシシなど野生動物が出没する恐れがあります。お車であってもむやみに立ち入らないようお願いいたします。また山は個人個人の持ち物であり作物の収穫（山菜採り等）は禁止されています。

• ・徒歩1分ほどの場所に自宅があります。その為自宅で飼っている猫がそちらへ遊びに行ってしまう事があるかもしれません（もともとの自宅だったので）人見知りなので大丈夫だと思いますが、出来れば室内に入れないようお願いいたします（ご迷惑おかけいたします）

• ・冬季(12月頃～3月頃)はスタッドレスタイヤの装着、またはチェーンを着用の上お越しください。

【その他】

• ・各場所の設備、備品の詳細についてはご予約の際のメールに添付しお知らせするとともに、コサクレム館内にもファイルして置いてありますのでご参照ください。

【お客様情報について】

住宅宿泊事業法第８条に基づき、チェックインの際に宿泊者様全員分の「氏名、年齢、住所、電話番号、職業、国籍」の記載をお願いしております。

当館ご利用時にご登録いただいた個人情報は、個人情報保護法に基づいて守られ、第三者への開示・譲渡・販売を行う事はありません。但し、例外として以下の場合を除きます。

• ・お客様自身が、開示について事前に同意いただいた場合。

• ・法令及び、管轄官公庁により開示が求められた場合。

また、当館ご利用時にご登録いただいたメールアドレスやご住所あてに、コサクレムからのご案内・お知らせなどを送らせて頂くことがあります（不要な場合はお知らせください）

他のお客様も気持ちよくお過ごしいただけるよう、また私たちの運営理念にも反する行為の為以下の項目は特に禁止とさせていただきます。お守りいただけない時は、やむを得ずご宿泊ならびに当館内諸施設のご利用をお断り申し上げ、かつ当館が被った損害のご負担をいただく事もございますので、特にご留意くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

• 〇当館内諸施設で賭博、又は風紀を乱す行為。

• 〇著しく不潔な身体又は服装により、迷惑を及ぼす行為。

• 〇客室を当館の許可なしに宿泊以外の目的に使用すること。

• 〇当館の建物・設備・備品・絵画等を移動、加工、汚損、破損、目的以外の用途に利用する、または許可なく館外に持ち出す行為。

• 〇当館内で広告、宣伝物の配布、掲示、物品販売、勧誘、営業行為及びビラ等の配布、署名活動を行うこと。

• 〇当館施設内で撮影された写真等を営業上の目的で公にすること。

• 〇その他当館が不適切と判断する行為。

In order to ensure the safety and comfortable stay of our guests, please observe the rules, precautions, and our requests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

【Information regarding the inside of the house】

• ・Cosakrem is a self-renovated house, which was built over 30 years ago. There are scratches, creaks, and rattles in some areas. Please know that Cosakrem is not a new building or a professionally renovated property. Therefore, we are not suitable if you are concerned about details.

• ・The structure of the house and decorations may not be safe for small children. We appreciate you using your best judgement.

• ・Cosakrem is located in a residential neighborhood. Please refrain from activities and behaviors which may disturb the neighbors during your stay, inside and outside of the house as well as off the property.

• ・No shoes allowed in the house. Since no slippers are provided, please bring your own slippers.

• ・Guests will not let others visit or stay at Cosakrem.

• ・Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not allowed in the entire house. It is only permitted in the designated smoking area outside. If we notice littering or traces of smoking inside the house, guests will not be allowed to smoke in the designated area outside as well. In some cases, we will not accept your future reservation.

• ・We do not provide housekeeping for consecutive night stays. Please let us know if you need fresh sheets.

• ・Separate your garbage by type. Please take any hazardous or unsorted garbage with you when leaving.

• ・Do not bring any laundry items from home, regardless of how much or how little you have.

• ・Be mindful for handling fire. Do not leave when using a gas stove in the kitchen, the wood-burning stove in winter, or mosquito coils in summer.

• ・It is your responsibility to keep your eyes on your luggage, personal belongings, money, and valuables. We are not responsible for any loss or damage.

• ・Take your all belongings with you when you leave. We will contact you if you have left something. However, we cannot keep it for an extended period of time, so please come to pick it up soon. You may also request cash-on-delivery service as long as an item can be legally shipped.

• ・Do not bring in the any of the following items。

  • ・Items that emit a strong odor

  • ・Explosives, volatile oils, or other items that may ignite or catch fire

  • ・Marijuana, narcotics, illegal drugs

  • ・Other dangerous products or items prohibited by law

【Internet Environment】

• ・Wireless LAN is provided as a part of the service but does not guarantee a perfect Internet environment. Please note that the communication speed may decrease depending on your device settings and the congestion of the line.

• ・It is your responsibility to have cybersecurity on your devices.

【Information regarding outside of the house】

• ・Cosakrem is in a rich natural environment. Frogs, birds, and wild animals can be heard throughout the day and night. It might be a little bit annoying at night, but we hope that you enjoy it as background music of the nature.

• ・There is a possibility that you get insect bites (mosquitoes, flies, bees, spiders, moths, ants, centipedes, stinkbugs, etc.). Bugs sometimes manage to fly in even if all the windows are closed. When you are outdoors, watch out for bees! Insecticides and mosquito coils are provided. Please pay attention to fire when using them.

• ・We do not have disinfectants, ointments, or oral medicines available for guests. Please bring your own in case of injuries or insect bites.

• ・When using the paid BBQ set, please be careful of handling fire.

• ・Since there are rice paddies, vegetable fields, and forests in the area, you may hear the machinery noise caused by cutting the grass and trees early in the morning. We will inform you of the group work dates by locals, but we are afraid that we cannot predict when individual farmers begin their work.

• ・Animals such as bears and wild boars may appear on mountain roads away from the houses. Do not venture into these areas even if you are driving a car. Mountains are personal property, and harvesting of crops including picking wild vegetables is prohibited.

• ・The owner’s house is next door to Cosakrem, only a one minute walk. Our cats may go to Cosakrem to hang out because they used to live there. They are harmless and friendly, but please do not let them in.

• ・Please put studless tires on or chains during the winter season, December to March.

【Other things】

• ・Please refer to the attached email sent at the time of reservation for details of the facilities and equipment in the building. The same information is in the clear plastic folder at Cosakrem.

【Accommodation Agreements】

In accordance with Article 8 of the Residential Accommodation Business Law, we request that all guests provide their “name, age, address, telephone number, occupation, and nationality” when checking in.

Personal information registered when staying at Cosakrem will be protected in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law, and will not be disclosed, transferred, or sold to any third party. However, exceptions are made in the following cases

• ・When the guest himself/herself has given prior consent for disclosure.

• ・When disclosure is required by law or by a competent government agency.

We may send information and newsletters to the e-mail address or mailing address registered at the time of use. Please let us know if you do not want us to contact you in the future.

※For guests coming from overseas

【Request for permission to take a passport copy】

Since April 1, 2005, under the relevant regulations of the Japanese Hotel Industry Law, the Japanese Government requires “foreign nationals who do not possess an address in Japan” to provide their ＊nationality and ＊passport number in addition to their ＊name, ＊address, and ＊occupation, etc. and make a photocopy of their passport upon checking-in. Your understanding and cooperation is appreciated.

In order to ensure that ALL guests have a pleasant stay, and because such behavior is contrary to our management philosophy, the following activities are specifically prohibited. Failure to abide by these rules may result in Cosakrem refusing to allow guests to stay or use its facilities, and may result in guests being held liable for any damages incurred.

• ・Gambling or any act that disturbs public morals in the facilities of Cosakrem.

• ・Actions that cause nuisance by wearing extremely filthy clothes.

• ・Use of guest rooms for purposes other than lodging without the permission of Cosakre m.

• ・Actions to move, possess, deface, damage, or use for purposes other than the intended use of the building, equipment, fixtures, paintings, etc., or to take them out of Cosakrem without permission.

• ・Distribution or posting of advertisements, promotional materials, sales of goods, solicitation, business activities, distribution of leaflets, etc., or signing of petitions in Cosakrem.

• ・Publicly displaying photographs taken in the Cosakrem's facilities for business purposes.

• ・Any other activities that Cosakrem deems inappropriate.

We have written many details for the safe stay of our guests and we would appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
